2009 — Indoor – ran collegiate-best 200 meters (22.44) at Iowa Open… won 400 meters with season-best 49.31 at Iowa Invite… Outdoor – ran season-best 200 meters (22.57) at Tiger Track Classic and 400 meters (49.57) at Messersmith Invite… letterwinner.

2008 — Indoor – ran second leg on team-leading distance medley relay that placed eighth at Big Ten Championships (10:03.14)… ran season bests in 200 (22.83) and 400 meters (49.89) at ISU Classic… Outdoor – ran second leg on 400-meter relay that led team and placed fourth at Big Ten Championships (40.98)… ran collegiate-best 400 meters (49.17) at Big Ten Championships… letterwinner.

High School — four-time state champion and five-time conference champion… four-time all-conference, three-time all-district and two-time all-state… team captain senior year…. team won two conference and one state title… best 400-meter time was 48.5.
